Our Processes

Pre-Treat Tile and Grout

An alkaline based degreasing solution is mopped on the tile and grout and allowed dwell time of 10-20 minutes. This process loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues.

Power Scrub

We use special surrogated brushes that agitate the grout lines as well as the tile surface. Edge cleaning and baseboard cleaning are done at this time.

Turbo Power Rinse and Extraction

Tile and grout are pressure rinsed. All water, cleaning solution and contaminents are captured and extracted away in one process. This system is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any other surfaces or areas.

Repeat Process (all step above)

We repeat all the above steps using a low Ph restorative cleaner. This solution works on staining, discoloration, grout haze and soap scum.

Speed Dry

Now we remove any remaining water on floor. Then, we place our high powered fans to dry tile and grout lines.

Clear Sealer

We apply 1-2 coats of clear seal, depending on the porosity of surface. The sealant absorbs into pores of the surface, creating a barrier against future staining. The clear seal does not change the appearance of the floor. Excess sealer is buffed off tile and grout after appropriate drying.

Color Sealer

Color sealer is an option to clear seal. With the color seal, we can completely change grout to the color of your choice. This option seals and colors the grout in one process.
